Hearty Helpings just posted a long list of new/updated recipes. I'm most interested in trying: Baked Eggplant Parmesan, Caribbean Black Beans with Mango Salsa, Green Studded Sweet Potatoes, Sweet Potato and Corn Chowder and Sweet Potato Vegetable Lasagna.
